I have recently finished a web project with RTU Mortar based in Newtonabbey. The new website was built on the concrete5 CMS platform and provides an excellent set of features for the end users.  All the site content and the final appearance is controlled by RTU themselves but the core was extended to provide the functionality they require to maintain an easily updatable, dynamic CMS.
